A half‑day retreat to gently awaken from winter's quiet, clear stagnant energy, and plant fresh intentions so your intuition and body can grow with the returning light.
Imbolc celebrates the first subtle return of light after winter's darkness. It is associated with purification, inspiration, and the healing fire of the Goddess Brigid. Working with a specialised movement sequence, with the Tarot, breathwork, and meditation, we shall nurture the small flame of new growth within and clarify what is seeking to emerge.
