Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese practice of arranging your environment to harmonize energy (Chi) with the natural world, encouraging balance, health and prosperity. It translates to "wind-water" and involves maximizing spatial, architectural and design elements to impact life's success and well-being. Key practices include using mastery position, decluttering and balancing the 5 elements. The Interpretation and Core Principles: Qi (Energy) Flow-The goal is making certain positive energy flows freely, blocked, stagnant or cluttered areas (such as a messy entrance) inhibits it.The Command Position-Important furniture (desk, stove, bed etc.) should be placed at an angle from the door, allowing you to see it, but not straight in line with it.
